make a complaint

We hope you would not have reason to be dissatisfied with the service you receive. However, in the event that you do wish to raise a complaint then, in the first instance we would ask you to raise the issue with the team member providing you with support. Our team are employed by one of the three partner organisations. The team member will provide a copy of the relevant Complaints Procedure and you should follow that guidance.
